The .pdf file consists of 8 pages and covers income, employement, pension (if any), form for children etc ...

Many thanks for the post, and for helping to keep the forum up-to-date.

I've just looked at the forms. As this Ministry of Tourism MM2H form is new to MoTour's site, I assume this is the "new form" that was first mentioned earlier this year (June or July).

The standard IM.12 form (social visit pass) stays the same.

Welcome to the site, and thanks for the comment.

I've found that the MM2H website goes off now and again. Usually the next day things are back.

The IMM55 form (renewals) is missing from my list but as you can get this at any immigration office it's not so critical. I'll be going to the MoTour PWTC office soon and will collect any printed handouts that they may have. Anything of interest will be posted here.
