MM2H medical in KL

I'll be in KL for 2 days next week and have a long list of things to do.
 
If anyone knows of a doctor/clinic in the area of Jalan Sultan Ismail where the MM2H med ck/ RB II signing/ providing certified copy (in the door and out as fast as possible due to schedule) is performed would you please let me know asap via PM (Exact addresses please, no time for snipe hunts or goose chases).
