A. Application Guidelines for Issuing of Social Visit Pass (Sticker) for New MM2H Participant.

• Applicant must be Present.
• Original Passport.
• Original Conditional Approval Letter.
• Fulfill the Conditions Stated in the Conditional Approval Letter.

B. Application Guidelines for Issuing of Social Visit Pass for Wife/Children (Below 21 Yrs Old).

• Applicant and Principal must be Present.
• Letter of Intention from the Principal.
• Form IMM12 (1 Copy).
• Form IMM38 (If applicable)
• (2) Passport Size Photo.
• Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate.
• Original & Copy of Applicant's Passport.
• Copy of the Principal's Passport (particulars & MM2H Visa page).
• Copy of Principal's Conditional Approval Letter.
• Original & Copy of of Medical Insurance.
• Original Medical Report Form (available at MM2H Immigration Unit).
• Personal Bond (stamped RM10.00).

Processing time is (3) days.

• Applicant and Principal must be Present.
• Letter of Intention from the Principal.

• Original & Copy of Birth Certificate of Principal.
• Original & Copy of Parent's Passport.
• Original & Copy of Parnet's Marriage Certificate.
• Copy of Principal's Passport (particulars & MM2H visa page).
• Copy of Principal's Conditional Approval Letter.
• Original & Copy of Medical Insurance.
• Medical Report Form (available at MM2H Immigration Unit).
• Personal Bond (stamped RM10.00)

D. Application Guidelines for Renewal of Social Visit Pass

• Applicant must be Present.
• Letter of Intention by the Principal.
• Original & copy of Applicant's Passport.
• Form IMM55 (1 Copy).
• Form IMM38 (1 Copy, If Applicable).
• Current Proof of Monthly Offshore Income (If Applicable).
• Original & Copy of Fixed Deposit (If Applicable).
• Original & Copy of Confirmation Letter from Bank (If Applicable).
• Original & Copy of Conditional Approval Letter.
• Original & Copy of Health Insurance.
• Original Medical Report (RB2 Form) (available at MM2H Immigration Unit).

E. Application Guidelines for Transfer of Endorsement from Old to New Passport.

• Applicant must be Present.
• Letter of Intention.
• Form IMM12.
• Form IMM38 (If Applicable).
• Copy of Old & New Passport.
• Applicant who is 21 Years and Above and holding MM2H Dependant Pass will not be Given Further Extension.

Processing time is (1) day.



PS : Eureka.

The Immigration Unit names this as Transfer of Endorsement which may be why there's no big thing with IMM in interchanging the word renewal with extension on the Renewal Letter.

The renewal vs extension distinction is only on the MoTour site.

F. APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR PERMISION TO STUDY

• Applicant & Principal Must Be Present.
• Application Must Be Below 18 Yrs Old (above 18 yrs old need to apply student pass)
• Letter of Intention By Principal.
• Completed Student Personal Data Form (available at Immigration Unit)
• Original & Copy of Applicant's Passport.
• A Passport Size Photo.
• Letter of Acceptance From Public/Private Higher Education/Secondary School/Pre School or International School.
• Copy of Principal’s Passport.
• Letter From Ministry of Education (Except International School)

Processing time is (3) days.

G. APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR DOMESTIC HELPER

• Application By Principal (Employer)
• Completed Domestic Helper's Application Form (available at MM2H centre)
• Form lMM.12 (available at MM2H centre)
• Form lMM.38 (lf Applicable)
• Approval Letter From Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA - For Domestic Helper From Philippine Only)
• Passed Medical Check Up (From Registered Clinics With FOMEMA only)
• Personal Bond (Stamped RM 10.00 at Duty Stamp Oftice)
• A Copy of Applicant's Passport.
• A Copy of Principal’s Passport(particulars & MM2H \/isa Pages)
• Employment’s Contract(stamped RM10.00 at Duty Stamp Office) - 2 Original Copies

H. APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR TERMINATION OF PASS

• Applicant Must Be Present.
• Letter of Intention By Applicant.
• Authorize Letter to Withdraw Fixed Deposit from Ministry of Tourism Malaysia.
• Original Passport.
• Original & Copy of Flight Ticket.
• I-Card (if applicable)

• Applicant Must Be Present.
• Completed l-Card Application Form (available at Immigration unit)

• Original & Copy of House of Sales & Purchases/Tenancy Agreement.
• Original and Copy of Utilities Bills.
• Two (2) Passport Size Photo (\/Vhite Background)

J. APPLICATION GUIDELINES PERMISION FOR PRINCIPAL (ABOVE 50 YRS) TO WORK AS PART TIME LECTURER

• Applicant Must Be Present Above 50 Yrs Old.
• Letter of Intention.
• Leter of Acceptance From Public/Private Higher Education.
• Letter of Permission From Malaysia Ministry of Education.
• Advertisement in local newspaper for the intaken of local citizen .
• Original & Copy of Working Contract.
• Personal Relief Letter From Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.
• Copy or Passport (Pages of Particulars & MM2H Pass)

The result will be know after Meeting of MM2H.

K. APPLICATION GUIDELINES PERMISSION TO WORK AS PART TIME 20 HRS A WEEK (CRITICAL SECTOR).

• Applicant & Company's Representative.
• Applicant Must Be 50 Yrs & Above.
• Letter of Application From Company
     3.1  Authorization Letter From The Company.  Photocopy of Mykad. Designation ln Company.
     3.2  Covering Letter Explaining Company Activities & Job Justifications.
     3.3  Letter of Offer From The Company. Duration of Employment Contract.  Duration of Working Hour. Remuneration.
• Latest Print-Out Companies Commission of Malaysia. Form 9,24 & 49. (must be verified by Companies of Malaysia).
• Business License From Local Authority.
• Recommendation Letter From Related Agency: (whichever related)
  
  • Education - Ministry of Higher Education/Ministry of Education
  • Health - Ministry of Health.
  • Manufacturing - Malaysia Industrial Development Authority
  • Banking,Financial & insurance — Central Bank Malaysia.
  • Securities - Securities Commission
• Advertisement in local newspaper for the intaken of local citizen.
• Completed DP 10 Form.
• Participant‘s Resume.
• Certified Copy of participant‘s Passport.

The result will be know after Meeting of MM2H.
