Hi

There is a financial consent letter amongst the direct application forms ( page 15 of 17), I was going to use it....anyone else?

Also the  letter/report of good conduct is to be obtained fromm your police dept or embassy, I called MM2H and the confirmed this

Here's the extract about the financial form from the www.mm2h.gov.my site :

Participant needs to sign the Consent Form as Customer’s Declaration to
authorise the Bank to confirm the existence of the FD when required by the
relevant Government Authorities which can be downloaded from our website

Thanks for the info on the "good conduct" requirement. There was a police form on the sabah mm2h site but it's in Bahasa Malayu, and now I can't access the site anyway.
