I can see these new rules leading to a total mess if they are bought under the MM2H umbrella

Better to have made a new visa with a new name than change MM2H from retirement only

I was slagged a bit when I bought up the idea that things could change and you need to have plans and all I can say if they can make such dramatic changes when it suits them because the times are bad then they can change them just as quick when times come better

It may well be harder to separate retirement and working people later on and then there could be a right merrygoround

Just my 2 cents worth

Hi Mary, great to hear your news  , congrats and all that as an MM2er, we sure are please to have ours and are enjoying the  benefits that go with it.  Where are you aiming to settle? or are you going to get the feel of Malaysian first?

We are going to settle down in PD, I like this area, it's quiet, near my friends and family, gooooood sea food :-) and we'll keep the islands for holidays
