Hi All

Just wanted to let my friends and fellow forum members know that our application was approved today, Although the application was sent from the UK to our agent in Mid October, the actual submission date was 5th November.

5 Application Status Approved
6 Approval Date 03 December 07
7 Conditional Approval Letter Sent on 18 December 07

So as you can see, Motour did do as stated on this occassion in processing an application in under 30 days. I couldn't say if this would be the same for every application, but this is proof that it can be done.

Also we are possible slightly younger than other applicants at 39 and 29 which again backs up the all ages welcome policy. Thankyou Motour and thankyou Scott and forum members for all the advice given to me on this great website.

I'll need to ring Qjumper to tell him the good news!

Well done Paul & Natasha,

Molly had previously said that this would be the best Christmas present for you both and it turned out to be true.

You are all set now to make the move and we are both envious.

Don't be rushing into buying a property on Tanjong Bungah (especially Pearl View) until planning for the big condo has been rejected.
You were right about Mr Eclair , he did have something to hide.
