Last night the TV news had an item about a one-armed forger. Seems that the police broke into his "office" and discovered hundreds of forged passports and employment passes. The police statement was that they were surprised at his dexterity using the one-arm plus the feet. Let's hope that he gets time-off for inventive behaviour.
However, the point of this post is that the guy was selling employment passes for RM25, and passports for RM150. Very cheap I thought.
